The subject of this service is the structured assessment of the customer's individual needs regarding the use of management and process software (e.g., iGrafx or DRSM MI).
The goal is to analyze functional, organizational, and technical requirements and document them as the basis for targeted design and implementation within the respective software solution.
The assessment of requirements includes, among other things, an analysis of existing structures, processes, and working methods, as well as the alignment of desired deployment scenarios, functional scopes, and integration requirements. Based on the insights gained, a customer-tailored approach is recommended.
